Re-inspection/Repair Verifications
Some of our clients are serious about their investments… after repairs are done, they have a re-inspection to make sure that the repairs are done correctly. It doesn’t matter who does the repairs—a contractor, a handyman or the home owner… There is no guarantee that your work will be done correctly after the home inspection unless you have a re-inspection done!
We have been back to homes after a “contractor” did repairs in the crawl space. Obviously the “contractor” didn’t think that anyone would be in the crawl space soon because the repairs were not done correctly.
