We are not new to this business: we’ve been inspecting homes, condos and commercial real estate for over 13 years and have collectively performed well over 13,000 home inspections, with over 1250 performed in the last year alone, making us one of the most experienced and demanded home inspection firms in NW Oregon and SW Washington, and one of the last remnants of full time home inspection firms originating in the 1990’s in this region.

Real World Experience and Education

Our experience as home inspectors is matched with real world experience in the building trades. We have three inspectors who have spent considerable time building homes from the foundation to the roof top. We combine this experience with over 50 hours of continuing education per year, more than doubling the requirements of both Oregon and Washington combined, to ensure that you are getting the best inspection possible. But we don’t stop there.

Professionaly Certified

All home inspectors are members of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Other professional memberships and professional certificates include, but are not limited to: ASHI – The American Society of Home Inspectors, NAHI – The National Association of Home Inspectors, CMI – Board Certified Master Inspectors, SWWAHI – The SW Washington Association of Home Inspectors, WSDA – Structural Pest Inspectors with the Washington State Department of Agriculture, WSPMA – The Washington State Pest Management Association, and more. Our memberships and certificates put more rigorous standards on our inspectors than those imposed by the States of Washington and Oregon, and we bring these higher standards with us when we inspect your home.

Computer Generated Reports

You will love our computer generated reports featuring Palm Tech technology—the best in the home inspection reporting software industry. These reports, which are full color and include digital pictures, have lots of detail and generally are 30-50 pages in length (sometimes more!). But don’t be fooled: while our reports are more detailed and longer than most, they are very easy to understand and sift through. Our reports can be printed on site and reviewed with our clients face-to-face, and/or emailed to the client later: whichever you want—we are able to accommodate yourneeds.

Finally, we make ourselves available after the inspection to answer any questions that our clients may have, and we make ourselves available when our clients are available.
