Note: Many lending institutions contact us needing a “clear pest and dry rot report” when they actually need a “clear wood destroying insect report”. Washington State includes more than just wood destroying insects, such as Carpenter Ants and Termites in their “pest and dry rot” reports. If all you need to know is that there is now “termites” or other wood destroying insects, please bring this to our attention.
