Prices for multi-family dwellings, above four units, are bid out. If two units, price is $350. Each additional unit, up to four total, is $65 per unit. Commercial buildings are bid out. Contact Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC if you are interested in having a commercial building inspection performed and we will gather all of the information necessary to provide you with a price for the inspection.
