Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC offers construction draw inspections to fit any interim lending needs.

From volume builders and one-of-a-kind custom homes to multi-family and commercial projects, Nickelsen Home Inspections, LLC can help.

If your financial institution uses it’s own reporting system, we will adapt to that system and become your “eyes and ears” throughout the construction project.

What you can expect after contracting our services?

• Once specific details have been provided us (name of builder, contact information, location of the project, etc.), we establish a line of communication with the builder. We realize that we are representatives of the financial institution and work hard to strengthen those relationships.
• We then schedule an appointment to inspect the construction site. Using the draw sheet specific to your needs, we verify work completed to date. Digital photography is utilized to remove any element of subjectivity.
• We then deliver the results to you in any medium you choose. At your request, we can print and mail a hard copy of the draw sheet and photographs, or send the entire report via e-mail. However you prefer- we will accommodate your needs.

PRICING – Prices are bid on a case by case basis.

SPECIFIC REQUESTS – We work with financial institutions that may have specific and unusual requests… just ask!
